Group Visits

Opening Times for Groups (min 10 people)

The County Museum and the Castle Kitchen Cafe are open:                 Tuesday-Friday 10am-5pm and Saturdays & Sundays 11am-5pm              from 7 January - 23 December 2012.

Group visits can be accommodated during our normal opening hours or an evening visit can be arranged (evening visits are Tues-Sun only, minimum 25 people).  

2012 Group Visit Information

Admission prices for groups are £4.50 (adults) and £2.25 (concessions) during the day or £9.00 (adults) and £4.50 (concessions) for an evening visit.  A free introductory talk about the Castle and museum can also be provided. The driver of each group of 20+ visitors will be given free admission to the museum and a £5 refreshment voucher for use in the cafe.

The café will accommodate a large group and we have a special discounted menu for group visits.  We can also provide a buffet or a 2 or 3 course set meal.

If you would like to make a group booking please fill in the Group Booking Form in the pack and post completed forms to Worcestershire County Museum, Hartlebury Castle, Hartlebury, Kidderminster, DY11 7XZ.  If you require catering please also fill in the Catering Booking Form and return to us at least two weeks prior to your visit.
